User Data Deletion

Brand Bandhu respects your privacy and provides users with a way to request deletion of their personal information and data accessed through connected social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.

If you want to delete your personal data associated with Brand Bandhu, follow these steps:

1. 1Send an email to our support team at support@leadminer.in.
2. 2Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. 3Include the email address associated with your Brand Bandhu account and explain that you want your data deleted.
4. 4If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account, mention that connection in your request.

After receiving and verifying your request, Brand Bandhu will review the information associated with your account and delete or anonymize the applicable personal data, subject to legal obligations and legitimate retention requirements.

This may include, where applicable:

• Account information
• Connected social media account information
• Stored authorization tokens
• Generated content associated with your account

We will process valid requests within a reasonable period and provide an update when appropriate.

You can also revoke Brand Bandhu’s access through your Facebook settings:

1. 1Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. 2Find Business integrations or the relevant section for apps and websites.
3. 3Locate Brand Bandhu, if listed.
4. 4Select the option to remove or disconnect the integration.

The exact menu labels may vary.

Removing Brand Bandhu’s access prevents future access through that authorization, but it does not necessarily delete information already stored by Brand Bandhu. To request deletion of stored information, please email our support team.

You can also disconnect your account through Brand Bandhu’s account settings, where that feature is available.
